How does an AUSTAY accommodation look like?

AUSTAY houses or flats are fully equipped (furniture, equipped kitchen, bedding, TV and DVD player) and a wireless connection to the Internet is available.
Usually two students (of the same gender or a couple) share one bedroom and all members of the household have access to the bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
In every house a manager is responsible for running the house smoothly, ensuring that ground rules such as keeping the house clean and tidy are being respected.
The properties are easily reached by public transport - around 20 minutes from the city centre within a walking distance to the train station.
Minimum length of stay in this kind of accommodation is four weeks and it can be easily extended.
