Surfers Paradise is also in the Gold Coast and has the perfect balance of the beach and city lifestyle! The entertainment at Surfers is fantastic with the many cafes, bars and restaurants that you can choose from!

The annual Gold Coast Indy 300 Race attracts people from around the world! Also, the Quicksilver Pro surfing competition shows the world the famous beaches and Australian people!

Cairns

The Great Barrier Reef

Cairns is located in North Queensland and it is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. The Great Barrier Reef stretches over 2,000 kilometres along the coast and is the world’s largest coral reef! You can snorkel or go scuba diving at the Reef and see all the beautiful fishes and sea creatures!

There are also tropical rainforests such as the Daintree Rainforests which has spectacular waterfalls and walking paths that can let you enjoy the scenery!

For the more adventurous, you can try 4WD at the sand dunes at Stradbroke Island or fish at one of the many fishing holes!
